One of the remaining targets for the Gamecocks is set to announce his commitment Saturday night at 10 p.m.

2013 guard prospect Duane Notice has narrowed his choices down to South Carolina and Duquesne and will pick between the two this weekend based on a conversation between Notice and's Will Gunter.

South Carolina and Duquesne are in two different parts of the United States but each offer unique situations for Notice that could draw him either way.

At South Carolina, he's got the opportunity for early playing time under a great basketball coach in Frank Martin. There is also the exposure factor with the SEC and its abundance of television appearances thanks to ESPN and other networks. At Duquesne, Notice has a chance to play with one of his AAU teammates along with staying up north and being closer to family that live in Toronto.

Notice appears to be a player that would fit in well at South Carolina. He's got the intangibles needed that Martin seems to appreciate in a player. He's a good defender who can get to the rim with his 6-foot-4 frame but can also knock down a jump shot from the outside.

There doesn't appear to be any indication on where he's leaning at this time. It truly seems like he could go in either direction here so it looks like everyone will have to tune in on Saturday night and find out.
