As they say, it takes two to tango.

I guess Devin Washington got the message.

Washington committed to South Carolina on Thursday afternoon, shortly after David Johnson committed on the same day. Washington is a talented defensive end out of Orlando, Florida who has been favoring the Gamecocks for weeks now.

He must have sensed the boat was filling up as USC already has several commitments for the 2013 class that could play his position. Washington went ahead and committed to the Gamecocks today.

Washington is considered another player capable of lining up at a few different positions on the defensive sie of the ball. He's listed as a linebacker/defensive end. He was the defensive line MVP at the Orlando Nike Football Training Camp in recent weeks.

The three-star recruit picked the Gamecocks over Clemson, South Florida, UCF, Missouri and Ole Miss.

Washington's commitment now gives the Gamecocks 11 for the 2013 class.
