The SEC released the 2013 men's basketball schedule today and the Gamecocks find themselves with 18 conference games, with each one broadcast on television via ESPN, CSS, FSN, CBS and the SEC Network.

New men's basketball coach Frank Martin had this to say regarding the basketball schedule:

"We are extremely excited for the opportunities that the SEC schedule presents. Because of expansion, it is a new era in the conference and a new schedule format. I fully feel that after winning three of the past seven NCAA championships, the SEC is among the premier conferences in the country and will continue to challenge for championships in 2013."
