This is an easy one.

Ray Tanner's first item of business will be to name Chad Holbrook as his replacement for the head baseball coaching position at the University of South Carolina. Holbrook has spent the past four seasons in Columbia after a stellar coaching career at North Carolina.

Holbrook has been a fantastic recruiter and an excellent assistant coach who could have taken a number of high profile coaching jobs across the country. Holbrook, though, turned them down to remain at South Carolina and he has made the right decision.

This program is one of the elite in college baseball and doesn't look to be leaving that status anytime soon. This staff will remain intact and it should be a seamless transition from Tanner to Holbrook.

This announcement will likely come early next week once the Tanner news has a few days to settle in.
